To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee:
- Time Frame: The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
- First-Time Subscribers: The guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only
- Unused Credits: Refunds are available regardless of credit usage during the trial period
